Terry Jones, with over 35 years in the industry, returned to Southern California in 1977 after moving operations
from San Leandro. While growing and creating a good reputation in designing, building and servicing high quality power units, presses and commercial compactors in the area, he has also attracted some
very talented staff members.

John Clemons came to BHI ten years ago to head our sales
staff for Rancho Cucamonga. With his 18 years in the industry he has had extensive training and experience with systems design, troubleshooting, and applications in the mobile and industrial hydraulic
industry. John’s technical experience has been a valuable plus to our many customers.

Rhonda Garness, being Terry’s
daughter, has literally grown up in the hydraulic industry at BHI. With her 20 years of experience with the company,
she now heads up finance, the administrative offices and the service department. Whenever those breakdowns occur she ensures that the field service or repairs get done to your satisfaction.

Val Cox has joined BHI’s Riverside branch with over 25
years of hydraulic experience in engineering and sales. Val’s training and expertise is also with systems design, troubleshooting systems, filtration applications and oil
purification systems. His vast knowledge enables him to solve just about any problem you may have.

Maria Salgado has over 24 years in the industry
with the last 14 years at BHI, heading our friendly
staff of phone and inside sales for Rancho
Cucamonga. These years of experience and
expertise with our customers has kept them
returning, knowing they will receive the service they
have come to expect.

Marc Aguilera is also outside sales at the Rancho Cucamonga office. He has been with BHI
several years and combined with his previous experience has a wide knowledge in fluid power components used for mobile and industrial applications.This expertise and his friendly attitude is a great assistance to our customers in all their hydraulic needs.

Steve Jackman, Eric Marguilles and Alfred Garcia,
